A foremost indigenous Oil & Gas company requires the services of a qualified person to fill this position

Responsibilities:
  • To Implement effective and efficient Manpower planning strategies to enhance organizational goals
  • To facilitate the development of optimum human resource management structures and frameworks that would enhance the organization’s people management capability and value propositions in the labour market.
  • Working in collaboration with department heads to determine key performance requirements.
  • Monitor and facilitate the implementation of best practices in policy administration, processes and procedures in the organization.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the HR & Admin functions in the design and execution of key human resource management strategies, work plans and programmes.
  • Implementing and upgrading of a comprehensive people strategy and operating plans and ensuring alignment with Company’s business strategy and key objectives.
  • Directing and being accountable for all matters concerning employment legislation and contract issues to ensure that the company’s liabilities are managed and there is compliance with relevant laws.
  • Ensure delivery of prioritized, tailored and focused HR interventions that add value and meet business objectives.
  • To communicate the Company’s human resources strategy and operating plans and ensuring understanding and commitment.
  • To designing and implementing training programmes and plans to ensure that training and career development needs are identified and appropriate training and development interventions delivered to enhance staff performance.
  • Coordinate all Human Resources functions
  • Guide strategic decision making that produces peak performance and sustainable high levels of motivation.
  • To manage and maintain all company’s facilities/premises and equipment
  • Fleet Management of company cars
  • Liaise with all company vendors
  • Ability to formulate and implement policies, procedures and manual for the smooth running of the office


Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Candidate must a minimum of good University degree from a recognized University with at least five years post qualification experience in manufacturing or production sector.
  • The candidate should not be more than 30 years.
  • Candidate must be conversant with Nigerian Labour Law 
  • High integrity, confidentiality and reliability
  • Demonstrable leadership skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Numerical skills
  • Computer literacy and internet skills
  • Good organizational and co-ordination skills and be a results-oriented person
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player
